Product introduction
Kupper Zirconia Toughened Alumina (ZTA) provides mechanical strength and wear resistance and is used as the ideal intermediate solution between Zirconia and Alumina.
Typically Zirconia Toughened Alumina will have a Zirconia content of 30%. Depending upon this content percentage, the properties of the ceramic can be adapted to suit the application in question. ZTA is generally regarded to be an intermediate between Alumina and Zirconia and is accordingly priced, frequently making Zirconia Toughened Alumina a high value, cost effective solution.
